Class 2 / Strata Works

Under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020, all works to specified building types in NSW must be carried out in compliance with the Act. This requires a Regulated Design and Declaration to be prepared and submitted to the NSW Planning Portal prior to works commencing. Only certified Design Practitioners within a specified discipline are authorised to complete this preliminary work.
