Façade audits

We have been engaged on annual façade audits across most of the major asset portfolios in Sydney. These programmes are typically delivered over a five-year cycle, with 20% of the asset completed each year. This approach achieves two important objectives: it distributes the cost across operational budgets, and it identifies potential risks early — ensuring asset owners meet their compliance obligations progressively and without disruption.

Due diligence

Due diligence is a particular speciality of UBRS. We are regularly engaged by leading investment firms to assess potential acquisitions across Australia, and have travelled to every capital city to complete this work. Our clients trust us to provide the independent, expert insight needed to make informed decisions on high-value assets.
